What will my donation support?

Donations support the programme’s shared care needs: food, necessary medicines, veterinary attention, hygiene and bedding. Gifts are pooled and used according to the needs of the dogs; they are not allocated to a specific pictured animal.

Which payment methods can I use?

Stripe displays the payment methods available to you at checkout. These may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and eligible European local methods. Availability depends on your country, device, Stripe account settings and whether your gift is one-time or monthly. All charges are in euros.

Can I change or cancel a monthly donation?

Yes. Use the secure management link on your donation confirmation page to access Stripe’s portal. You can manage your payment method and cancel future monthly donations. If you lose the link, contact the organisation using the details above.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Tax treatment depends on the recipient’s legal status and your country. We do not promise tax deductions. A payment receipt is not automatically a charitable tax certificate.

Are these photos of the actual shelter dogs?

Yes. The photographs on this site are real and show dogs in our care, alongside the everyday moments your support makes possible.

How do I ask about adoption, volunteering or a refund?

Use the organisation’s contact details in the transparency section. Refund requests are reviewed under the published donation terms. Adoption and volunteering arrangements are handled by the shelter directly.
